This role focuses on **monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining data workflows and batch processes**. We are open to both **Senior profiles** and **Junior SQL candidates (2–3 years of experience)** with strong willingness to learn and grow. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and manage **batch jobs and workflows using Control\-M** * Perform **log analysis and troubleshooting** of job failures * Handle **incident and task management via ServiceNow** * Support file transfers and data processes using tools like FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty * Monitor and troubleshoot **data pipelines (DataStage)** * Execute and analyze **SQL queries and subqueries** for issue resolution **Required Skills** * Experience with **Control\-M** (job scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting) * Hands\-on experience with **FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty** * Working knowledge of **ServiceNow** * Basic to intermediate **SQL skills** (queries, subqueries) * Familiarity with **DataStage** (monitoring/troubleshooting) **Nice to Have** * Experience in **production support environments** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment **Work Schedule (Mandatory)** * Availability to work some **weekends (Saturday \& Sunday)** * Willingness to work in **rotational shifts covering CST hours** **Who Can Apply** * **Junior SQL candidates (2–3 years of experience)** looking to grow in data support roles Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $56,000\.00 \- $57,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Monterrey, N.
