**MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Purpose of the position:** Ensure the operation, efficiency, and safety of machines, equipment, and facilities. Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance to maximize operational availability and reduce mean time to failure. Monitor and diagnose equipment, optimize resources, extend service life, and ensure production operations proceed without significant interruption and in compliance with quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance: Participate in vibration data collection, oil analysis, or thermography to predict failures before they occur, optimizing interventions. * Fault diagnosis: Ability to diagnose and detect anomalies through inspection and monitoring, providing solutions to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing issues. * Component replacement: Safeguard and maintain spare parts, tools, and materials inventory in optimal condition, ensuring critical availability for repairs. * Maintenance recordkeeping: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities. * Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations. * Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, operators, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. * Training and continuous improvement: Participate in ongoing training programs on new technologies, equipment, and safety procedures, and contribute to improving work methods. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in mechanics and/or related courses * Experience: 2 years **We offer:** * Monthly salary: $18,153\.36 * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus: $210\.00 * Weekly food vouchers: $200\.00 * Transportation assistance bonus: $200\.00 * Savings fund matched at 100% * IMSS contributions at 100% of salary * Vacation bonus: 30% * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo): 15 days * Statutory holidays — non-working days * Fixed Sunday rest day * Uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) **SCHEDULE: TEMPORARY ROTATING SHIFT** \* SHIFT 1: Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Saturday half-shift: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM \* SHIFT 2: Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday half-shift: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Location**: Los Lermas, Guadalupe N.L.
