Coordination and validation of new processes and equipment. **INDUSTRIAS PROACERO MONTERREY SA DE CV (CARMEX TRAILERS).** A leading company in its field is currently seeking: **PROCESS ENGINEER** * Minimum 5 years of experience * Experience in the Metal-Mechanical industry. * Knowledge of welding, CNC cutting, assembly, and painting processes. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Ergonomics, and Line Balancing. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Analyze and improve work methods, times, and movements on the shop floor. 2\. Develop and maintain process sheets, flowcharts, and routing documents. 3\. Coordinate with Production and Engineering for the validation of new processes or equipment. 4\. Implement improvements aimed at reducing costs and increasing productivity. Support staff training in methods, safety, and operational standards Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 \- $27,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
