Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or Technician for remote and on-site technical support, with experience in software and hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support focused on system configuration and maintenance. 2. Corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment. 3. Opportunity for development in structured cabling infrastructure. **Education:** Systems Engineering degree, Systems Technician diploma, or Computer Science qualification **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in remote and/or on-site support **Knowledge:** · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic structured cabling **(preferred)** · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computer equipment and peripherals · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Development of structured cabling infrastructure projects (training provided for new hires) **We Offer:** · Salary: $12,000 MXN per month, tax-free. · Continuous training. · Performance bonus of 50% of base salary. · Travel allowances for domestic and local assignments. · Overtime pay (if applicable). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Apply now and attach your CV!** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Work Location: On-site employment Salary: $12,000.00 - $21,985.11 per month Work Location: On-site employment
