Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León. **Job Requirements** * Completed university studies in Accounting or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of tax and accounting legislation. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools and accounting software. **Job Responsibilities** * Prepare and review the company's accounting and tax documentation. * Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis. * Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns. * Collaborate with internal and external audits. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current tax and accounting regulations. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive salary of 24,000 to 25,000 Mexican pesos per month. * Major medical expense insurance. * Professional training and development opportunities. * Flexible and collaborative work environment. * Performance- and results-based bonuses.
