That combination creates an environment where ideas move faster, ownership is real and impact is visible. ### **Technical and Specialized Skills** * Strong knowledge of **automotive quality management systems**, particularly **IATF 16949**. * Proficiency in **Core Tools**: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC * Knowledge and application of **Layered Process Audits (LPA)**. * Experience managing and complying with **Customer\-Specific Requirements (CSR)**. * **Advanced English proficiency**, both written and verbal. * Experience using **automotive customer portals**, such as Tesla, Ford, and others. * Solid understanding of **automotive electrical harness manufacturing processes**, including: Assembly methods, Inspection processes, Functional and electrical testing * Strong skills in **root cause analysis and problem solving**, using methodologies such as: 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone Diagram) * Experience conducting **internal and external quality audits**, both as an auditor and as the responsible party for addressing and closing findings. ### **2\.
