This role is designed for students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment.**Key responsibilities** Record and reconcile financial transactions in ERP systems. Support the monthly financial close process and preparation of basic reports. Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis. Provide support for intercompany processes. Participate in internal and external audits. Collaborate on automation and continuous improvement projects driven by GBS. Ensure compliance with internal controls and global policies.**Qualifications and skills** * Basic understanding of accounting principles and IFRS standards. * Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (SAP is a plus). * Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and analytical thinking. * Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team. * Intermediate English proficiency, given GBS operates in global environments. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn continuously. * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Additional coursework in IFRS or Advanced Excel is valued. * **Global Process Orientation:** Understanding of account standardization and harmonization (SAP/AFO). * **Digital & Automation Awareness:** Familiarity with digital tools and a focus on continuous improvement. * **Customer/Partner Focus:** Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.
