Job Summary: Mechanical designer with experience in 2D/3D CAD, molds, machinery, automation, and FEA analysis for developing and testing prototypes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in designing molds and dies for plastic extrusion and injection. 2. In-depth knowledge of CAD software (Autodesk Inventor) and FEA analysis. 3. Ability to plan, coordinate, and effectively solve problems. Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design. * In-depth knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software, preferably "Autodesk Inventor". * Experience in designing molds and dies for plastic extrusion and injection. * Experience in mechanical design, machinery, and automation. * Experience in structural FEA analysis. * Experience with measurement tools. * Experience with CNC cutting tools. * Impeccable attention to detail. * Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate, and effectively solve problems. * Intermediate English (Desirable). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Use specialized software to create product models and drawings. * Research new materials and development methods. * Organize and maintain existing engineering records. * Build prototypes and confirm designs with the design/purchasing team. * Conduct physical tests on engineering prototypes. * Ensure components and assemblies comply with applicable industry and business standards.
