This is a unique opportunity for a professional committed to safety who wishes to contribute to the well-being of our employees and ensure compliance with current regulations regarding occupational safety and health. ### **Responsibilities** The Safety and Hygiene Inspector will be responsible for carrying out the following activities: * **Development and review of safety files:** Develop and keep updated safety documentation that records procedures, protocols, and regulations to be followed in the different operational areas of the company. * **Risk analysis:** Conduct risk assessments in the company's facilities and operations, identifying potential hazards and proposing corrective measures to ensure a safe working environment. * **Supervision and control:** Monitor working conditions and ensure compliance with specific safety and health regulations established by the **Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS)**. Provide feedback and recommendations to management on the status of workplace safety within the company. * **Training:** Design and conduct safety and hygiene training for all employees, ensuring they understand prevention methods and safe work practices. * **Reporting and documentation:** Prepare periodic reports on the status of safety and hygiene within the company, maintain records of incidents and workplace accidents, and implement necessary actions for continuous improvement. * **Regulatory compliance:** Ensure our operations comply with STPS regulations and other relevant safety and hygiene standards by conducting internal audits and adjusting procedures as needed. ### **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years** of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of occupational safety and health regulations, particularly those established by STPS. Familiarity with managing safety documentation and conducting risk analyses. * **Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team and lead safety training sessions. * **Education:** University degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * **Certification:** Preferably hold certifications related to occupational safety.
