Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field. 2\. Desired experience in human resources within the manufacturing industry (plant-floor work). 3\. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. 4\. Ability to understand, interpret, and apply provisions of labor laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and applicable policies. 5\. In-depth knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to labor relations (IMSS Law experience is a plus). 6\. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in human resources labor relations management. 7\. Experience in union management and communication is mandatory. 8\. Experience in collective bargaining agreements negotiation (desirable). **Job Description:** * Address and resolve employee inquiries and complaints by managing necessary investigations and implementing appropriate corrective actions. * Investigate and provide practical and legal advice to managers and employees. * Maintain a positive work environment, monitor reasons for employee turnover, and provide * immediate feedback to departments. * Review and revise internal employee policies and implement continuous improvement plans. * Manage union-related activities and maintain an effective relationship with union representatives.
