Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Lead Architect with experience in high-end residential design and executive project development. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive development and coordination of architectural projects 2. Modeling and documentation in ArchiCAD 3. Coordination with engineering disciplines and design quality monitoring We are looking for a Project Lead Architect **JOIN THE CIBRIAN ARQUITECTOS TEAM** * Licensed Architect * Minimum 3 years of experience in executive project development and high-end residential design * Knowledge of installations and technical-construction processes * Passion and refined aesthetic sense for design * Required: ArchiCAD, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray * Preferred: Photoshop **Main Responsibilities:** * Development and coordination of architectural projects from conceptual design through executive project and construction phases * Modeling and documentation in ArchiCAD * Preparation and review of architectural, structural, and detail drawings * Coordination with engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, lighting, etc.) * Monitoring of project changes and adjustments during construction * Supervision of design quality and consistency at each stage * Communication and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and consultants * Review of materials, specifications, and finishes * Support in project presentations and renderings * Participation in architectural design proposals and solutions **Interested candidates must submit CV and PORTFOLIO** *Learn more about us on Instagram @cibrianarquitectos* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * ArchiCAD proficiency percentage, Work Location: On-site employment
