Experience with Remedy Global/ServiceNow or other ticket management tools. Application support, email accounts, Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Exchange. User onboarding/offboarding, permissions, passwords, password resets, migrations. Image loading, patching. Level 1 and Level 2 support. Basic network configuration, equipment maintenance. Hardware and software support, mobile devices, computing equipment, etc. Flexible working hours. Intermediate-to-conversational English proficiency is desirable.
