CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT Guerrero Contreras Group, a leading construction company, is seeking a professional responsible for supervising and executing construction projects on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, quality, and safety protocols, acting as the key liaison between the management office and field personnel, and coordinating personnel and resources to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities • Overall Supervision: Lead and organize all on-site construction activities, from planning through to handover. • Schedule and Budget Management: Ensure the project progresses according to plan and within allocated costs, optimizing resources (labor, materials, machinery). • Quality Control: Guarantee that work complies with required technical standards and specifications. • Occupational Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and worker protection. • Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact among engineers, architects, suppliers, and site personnel. • Leadership and Problem Solving: Lead teams, make on-site decisions, and prevent or resolve unforeseen issues to avoid delays or cost overruns. • Reporting: Communicate progress and issues to project management and other stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring effective (goal achievement) and efficient (optimal resource utilization) project execution, representing the construction company on a day-to-day basis. A proactive attitude and the ability to make quick, effective decisions are required. You must be an organized individual with leadership and communication skills. Minimum 10 years of verifiable construction experience, including experience in similar positions.
