Procurement Supervisor

Description

Position Summary: This role involves negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal terms, and managing end-to-end procurement—from receipt through environmental compliance and participation in audits. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic negotiation with suppliers to optimize terms and quality. 2. End-to-end procurement management, ensuring efficiency and environmental compliance. 3. Participation in quality audits (IATF 16949 and ISO 14001). Report directly to the immediate supervisor and fully deliver results and work outcomes. * Conduct negotiations with suppliers to obtain the most favorable credit terms, delivery timelines, quality, and prices that remain profitable for the company. * Ensure, during equipment, raw material, and supply receipt processes, that purchase orders are reconciled against supplier shipping documents or invoices, while simultaneously verifying physical characteristics, quantities, and product quality upon delivery. Monthly procurement planning Receiving pre-requests from all company departments for quotation and procurement Preparing the company's monthly procurement budget Quoting consumables and raw materials for mass production Ensuring all procurements arrive at the company within the stipulated timeframe Preparing weekly and monthly procurement reports Tracking supplier payment approvals Conducting follow-up audits and development of the company's suppliers Using Ding Talk for payment authorization and approval Ensuring suppliers comply with environmental criteria per ISO 14001 Prioritizing procurement of products/services that minimize environmental impact and promote resource conservation Establishing indicators and controls in the procurement process to ensure environmental monitoring and continuous pursuit of better alternatives Meeting and/or supporting achievement of plant objectives and policies Participating in IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 audits, acting as process owner and administrator while ensuring process integrity. Salary: $1,000.00 \- $2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
