Job Summary: Support the development, modeling, tracking, and documentation of projects to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective **ONLY CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN A 40-MINUTE DRIVE OF THE EL MARQUES INDUSTRIAL ZONE (ODATA, PYME, AND KIO) — HAVING A PERSONAL VEHICLE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.** Support the development, modeling, tracking, and documentation of projects within the Projects Department, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries aligned with internal and external client requirements. Main Responsibilities * BIM modeling of special installations (CCTV, Fire Alarm, DCI, Telecom, Audio-Visual, DH, BMS) and architecture, either on-site or in the office. * Generation of templates, photographic reports, delivery folders, and other process control documents. * Tracking progress of ongoing installations. * Supporting quotation management: identifying contractors, conducting cost comparisons, and monitoring economic proposals. * Coordinating on-site surveys with contractors or technicians. * On-site supervision of special installations according to client or coordination guidelines. * Organizing and participating in tracking meetings (remote or in-person). * Effective communication with internal and external clients, maintaining a respectful and service-oriented attitude. Job Requirements Academic: Technical or professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in software: REVIT MEP, AUTO CAD, SKETCHUP * Knowledge of special systems and architectural criteria. * Basic knowledge of installation coordination is desirable.
