**Position Objective** Design, develop, and coordinate engineering projects ensuring compliance with established technical, regulatory, and quality standards, optimizing resources and ensuring the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Prepare drawings, diagrams, calculations, and technical specifications for assigned projects. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies. * Know and develop estimates, unit prices, and actual costs. * Design systems, structures, or components according to client specifications and current regulations. * Coordinate with construction, procurement, and supervision teams to ensure proper project execution. * Participate in the preparation of budgets, estimates, and technical proposals. * Supervise the creation of drawings using CAD or BIM software. * Review and approve "as-built" drawings. * Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards during project development. * Support the selection of appropriate materials, equipment, and technologies for each project. * Present technical progress reports and documentation to the client or project management. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–5 years in engineering project design and development. * **Desired Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other design software. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and regulations. * Knowledge of national (NOM, NMX) and international (ISO, ASME, IEEE, etc.) standards. * Budgeting and project control knowledge. * **Skills:** * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Multidisciplinary teamwork. * Effective technical communication. * Results-oriented with adherence to deadlines. **Competencies** * Planning and organization. * Responsibility and commitment. * Critical and technical thinking. * Adaptability to change. * Proactivity and innovation.
