Job Summary: Develops executive architectural projects and construction drawings for building construction, modification, and adaptation in compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Development of executive architectural projects 2. Preparation and interpretation of construction drawings 3. Knowledge of construction processes REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Knowledge, preparation, and interpretation of construction drawings Knowledge of construction processes Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD or other software for preparing 2D and 3D drawings RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop executive architectural projects for the construction, modification, and adaptation of authorized buildings or premises, as well as provide drawings for the installation of necessary systems to ensure proper operation in accordance with current construction regulations and group guidelines. Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
