Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to configure and manage IT infrastructure services, including software, storage, servers, and networks. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of Azure and database administration 2D DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT IS SEEKING TALENT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER Work Location (Villagrán, Gto) Objective: Configure and manage IT infrastructure services such as software, storage systems, servers, cybersecurity, operating systems, and data networks. Requirements: - Understanding of infrastructure requirements. - Experience with storage systems, servers, virtualization, firewalls, LAN & WAN. - Knowledge of hypervisors (VMware) and creation of virtual machines. - Firewall rule administration and configuration. - ServiceNow proficiency (incident handling and ticket escalation). - Database administration knowledge for SQL Server 2016 and 2019 (general). - Website hosting execution, configuration, and parameterization. - Preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure equipment. - Structured cabling knowledge (copper and fiber optic). - Knowledge of fiber optic types and connector types. - UTP cable punching knowledge. - General networking knowledge: fiber connection at patch panels, switch and server connections. - Azure Cloud knowledge (AZ-900 certification preferred). - Willingness to travel. - Proficiency in Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Intermediate-to-advanced English (oral and written communication).
