At HOTEL CASA INN, we are seeking a **Senior Systems Engineer** to lead and ensure the operation, security, and continuous improvement of the technological infrastructure across **our 4 hotels (Celaya, Irapuato, and Querétaro)**. **Responsibilities:** * Administration and supervision of systems, networks, and servers across 4 hotel properties. * Ensuring proper operation of critical systems: PMS, POS, WiFi, CCTV, access control, and telecommunications. * Planning and implementation of technology projects at the group level. * Management of backups, information security, and operational continuity. * Advanced technical support and resolution of critical incidents. * Coordination and supervision of external vendors. * Standardization and documentation of IT processes across hotels. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Systems Engineer. * Hotel or multi-location experience is desirable. **We offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional growth within the hotel group. * Solid knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity. * Willingness to travel among the 4 hotels. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. * Social security Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
