Description Responsible for managing the satellite tracking system and the company's vehicle fleet. Requirements * AGE: 28 to 40 years old GENDER: Unrestricted EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Logistics and Transportation Engineering. o Logistics knowledge o Shipment knowledge o Distribution knowledge * Age: 28 to 45 years old. RESPONSIBILITIES · Supervise operational staff activities. · Record incidents (trips, absences, vacations, tardiness, and monthly bonus). · Assist in route creation. · Prepare vehicle fleet responsibility documents, ensuring vehicles depart clean. · Conduct daily vehicle audits (documentation, physical condition, spare tire, basic tools, etc.). · Assign and control usage of company mobile phones and radios; ensure full charge prior to issuance and record daily assignments in the logbook. · Maintain records and control of driver's licenses for company vehicle users. · Track company vehicles via the satellite system, perform maintenance, and compare trip logs against satellite data. · Manage company vehicle insurance policies and submit incident reports quarterly. · Create geofences, routes, and unit reports. · Prepare monthly reports on sales representatives, gasoline, gas, and material distribution across various locations (as per delivery orders), as well as fuel efficiency calculations. · Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance. · Process permits required for vehicles to operate across different states and resolve traffic violations. · Prepare quotations for materials and services required for vehicles. · Perform tire and battery marking and control for company vehicles. · Product entries (SAE) · Assist in conducting physical inventory of the assigned area timely and as requested by the company. · Processing of expert opinions. · Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. · Support general activities.
