Position: Billing Assistant Department: Administration / Finance Reports to: Billing / Accounting Supervisor General Description: Responsible for supporting the preparation, review, and control of invoices, ensuring accuracy of information and compliance with current tax requirements. Assists in tracking administrative processes related to billing and internal/external customer service. Main Responsibilities: Preparation and issuance of electronic invoices. Validation of tax-related data (RFC, legal name, CFDI usage, etc.). Control and archiving of issued invoices. Follow-up on cancellations, re-invoicing, and credit notes. Support in revenue reconciliations. Customer service for billing clarifications. Operation of administrative systems and billing portals. Support in generating administrative reports for the department. Requirements: Education: Completed high school or technical degree / bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in billing (preferred). Knowledge: Electronic invoicing (CFDI). Excel proficiency (basic/intermediate). Administrative systems (ERP preferred).
