We are expanding and seeking a **Contracts Coordinator**, a professional with leadership, determination, and strategic focus. **Position Objective:** Ensure proper contracting of construction works and services in accordance with the Business Plan, securing optimal costs, quality, and regulatory compliance. **Specific Objectives:** ✅ Ensure timely contracting of works as per the Business Plan. ✅ Identify and evaluate new contractors (price, timeline, quality, and documentation). ✅ Negotiate optimal pricing without compromising quality or timelines. ✅ Ensure contracted items align with the executive project. ✅ Coordinate contracting activities per the Business Plan. **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Negotiate, review, and draft construction contracts. ✅ Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors. ✅ Supervise contract closures, extensions, and modifications. ✅ Manage and plan future contracting activities. ✅ Analyze and validate supplier quotations. ✅ Negotiate costs with contractors and ensure budget compliance. ✅ Track advance payments and guarantees. ✅ Apply penalties in case of non-compliance. **Required Profile:** ✔ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. ✔ **Experience:** 3 years in construction contracting, contractor negotiation, and resource management. ✔ **Knowledge:** Construction processes, budgeting, planning, and scheduling of construction works. ✔ **Software:** Office, AutoCAD, DocuSign. ✔ **Competencies:** Leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and results orientation. ✔ **Languages:** English desirable. **We Offer:** Salary: $26,000 – $30,000 MXN monthly.
