Job Summary: We are seeking a Trainer to develop and implement training plans and conduct onboarding for new hires. Key Highlights: 1. Annual training plan development and implementation. 2. Training needs identification and training content design. 3. Safety and hygiene training, and DC-3 preparation. A leading company in industrial waste recovery is looking for: **Trainer** **Job Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or engineering degree (intern or graduate) * Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience * Annual training plan development * Needs identification * Familiarity with the SIRCE platform * Knowledge of human capital topics (preferred) * Knowledge of STPS Normative **Responsibilities:** * Onboarding for new hires * Identification of training needs * Full-cycle training for operational and administrative staff * Safety and hygiene training for personnel * Design of training content and evaluation thereof * DC\-3 preparation * Annual training plan development * Needs identification * Onboarding **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $17,000 * Statutory benefits * Discount agreements * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Work Location: On-site employment Work Area: Toluca; State of Mexico.
