OBJECTIVE: Coordinate, develop, and optimize the company's production processes through continuous improvement strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, compliance with quality standards, safety, and productivity. WE ARE SEEKING: PROCESS ENGINEERING COORDINATOR LOCATION: * San Nicolas Tolentino Santin SCHEDULE / SHIFT TO CHOOSE FROM: * SHIFT 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM * SHIFT 2: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Availability for weekend work (if required) REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering or Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain, or related Bachelor’s degree * Experience in Processes SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate the Process Engineering team. * Supervise the proper execution and improvement of production processes. * Implement continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and waste reduction. * Analyze operational metrics and establish action plans. * Coordinate time and motion studies. * Validate line balancing and production capacity. * Design and update processes, flowcharts, and work instructions. * Coordinate implementation of new products, lines, or engineering changes. * Track corrective and preventive actions arising from audits or operational failures. * Ensure process standardization across the plant. * Participate in automation and resource optimization projects. * Coordinate pilot tests and process validations. * Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Industrial Safety departments. * Train operational and technical staff on new processes. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. * Prepare executive reports and results presentations.
