Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (React / Java) with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications, as well as collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: Senior Full-Stack Developer (React / Java) Conversational English required Hybrid work arrangement (2 days remote, 3 days on-site) *Free transportation from El Ángel de la Independencia (round trip)* Location: Toluca Requirements +4 years of verifiable experience as a full-stack developer. Strong experience with React (Hooks, Context API, state management). Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript. Backend development experience with Java. Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases. Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs. Version control proficiency (Git). Testing experience (unit and/or integration). Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Familiarity with best practices: clean code, design patterns, and architecture. · Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications. Build dynamic interfaces using React. Develop backend services with Java. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies. Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and version control. Participate in continuous improvement of development processes. Desirable (Optional) Experience supporting or developing applications using Visual Basic technologies. Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
