You will work closely with technology and business experts to improve report quality. ### **What Will You Contribute to the Team?** * Collect, clean, and structure data from diverse sources. * Perform analysis and produce clear reports. * Create interactive dashboards (Power BI, Excel, etc.). * Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations. * Collaborate with business teams to improve data quality. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and updates. * Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure optimal operation. * Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures. * Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards. * Provide user support and training on new systems and functionalities. ### **How Can You Succeed in This Role?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 0–2 years of relevant experience. * Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and genuine interest in working with data. * Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a dynamic environment. * Comfort working on parallel projects with competitive deadlines. * Strong interest in data, analytics, and continuous improvement. * Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes. * Strong analytical thinking with keen attention to detail and data accuracy. * Knowledge of analytical tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI). * Understanding of databases and data modeling concepts. * Ability to interpret data and communicate conclusions effectively. * Solid communication and collaboration skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. * Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a significant advantage. * Understanding of HR data domains (headcount, hiring, separations, turnover) is a plus. **Now that you can envision yourself in this role, apply—and join the Bombardier team!** Note: It is not necessary to possess *all* the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
