Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests Children's Home Hiring: Human Resources Generalist: At least 3 years of field recruitment experience Recruitment of administrative and operational profiles (preference for education sector) Initial selection process and hiring Extensive management of diverse recruitment sources Administration and interpretation of projective and online psychometric tests Training group facilitation Personnel file management and control Management of vendors for socioeconomic studies, credentials, uniforms, etc. Ongoing staff support Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; one Saturday per month on duty, 9 AM to 2 PM Work location: Cacalomacán and Seminario Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
