Office/Google Drive proficiency and information organization **Vacancy: Data Entry Clerk** We seek an organized, analytical individual with strong attention to detail to join our consulting team and provide support in administrative information management and control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Data entry, updating, and control of information in internal systems. * Integration, organization, and safeguarding of digital files. * Support in drafting and tracking administrative documents. * Review and validation of information provided by clients. * Control, filing, and ordering of documentation. * General support to administrative and consulting departments. **Requirements** * Proficiency in computer use. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive. * Strong ability to organize and manage information. * Attention to detail and process follow-up. * Education: Technical Superior University degree (TSU), incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in administrative or related fields. **We Offer** * Salary: $9,500 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Saturdays only if additional support is required) **Contract Type: Temporary contract for 3 months (project-based, during peak workload season).** *Interested candidates must apply through this channel with an updated CV.* Job Type: Project-based or fixed-term, Seasonal Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $9,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
