A typical day looks like this: * Perform and document electrical tests (continuity, resistance, hipot/insulation, polarity, functional), including acceptance criteria and release requirements. * Adjust and qualify crimping applicators (crimp height, bellmouth, pull-test), validate connection torque, and ensure batch traceability. * Interpret electrical diagrams, wire lists, and schematics; maintain updated BOM/parameterization during engineering changes (ECN/ECO). * Verify and coordinate equipment calibration (multimeter, power supply, resistance meter, hipot), and perform basic metrological control. * Implement ESD/ESHF, LOTO, and electrical safety controls; ensure 5S compliance at workstations. * Support operator training on handling terminals, connectors, wires/cables, and visual inspection criteria. The experience we seek to bring into our team: * Technical degree or TSU in Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or equivalent technical training. * Practical experience in equipment setup, process monitoring, and basic in-line problem solving. * Ability to collect, analyze, and present data (tables, charts, reports). * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality concepts, and basic statistics (capability, trend, variation). * Ability to follow work instructions, process documentation, and safety procedures. * Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620, ESD control, LOTO (DC-3\), and electrical safety. * Basic-to-intermediate computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets, manufacturing systems). * Availability to rotate shifts. * Basic-to-intermediate English (as required by level).
