Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or Technician with experience in remote and on-site support for maintenance, configuration, and repair of equipment, as well as network infrastructure management. Comprehensive management of hardware, software, and security **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Technical Diploma in Systems, or Computer Science **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in Remote and/or On-site Support **Knowledge:** · Backup creation, formatting, and installation of software and hardware · Basic structured cabling **(desirable)** · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computing devices and peripheral equipment · Configuration of security policies · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Development of structured cabling infrastructure projects (training for new hires) **We Offer:** · Salary: $12,000 MXN per month, tax-free · Ongoing training · Performance bonus of 50% of base salary · Travel allowances for domestic and local assignments · Overtime pay (if applicable) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
