Support during incidents and emergencies JOB MISSION Coordinate and supervise the daily logistics of work crews, ensuring technicians have the necessary information and assignments to complete scheduled services on time and as required. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: Verify on the platform that work crews have jobs loaded in DIMME. Identify and prioritize CCN schedules (first contracts to be addressed). Track contracts with the longest pending duration. Confirm in DIMME that visits are correctly registered with: Photographs Geolocation Review that the service report is complete (data, photos, and required parameters), except for complaints. Identify areas for improvement or service failures. Monitor contracts handled by each crew. Report low productivity or detected incidents to the supervisor. Provide support for: Accidents Mechanical failures Unforeseen events Maintain an updated emergency contact directory (insurance, mechanics, external companies). Assist in locating customer addresses (customer contact). Report crew exits from geofenced areas to the supervisor. Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of personal data.
