Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and results-oriented Logistics Coordinator to supervise and optimize supply chain operations, leading the operational team. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures on-time deliveries and compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001) **Location:** San Luis Potosí, S.L.P **Job Type:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Logistics Coordinator responsible for supervising and optimizing supply chain operations. This position will be critical in ensuring efficiency in product distribution, proper warehouse management, and leadership of the operational team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily logistics and warehouse operations * Coordinate the operational team (supervisors, team leaders, and forklift operators) * Ensure on-time deliveries in accordance with customer requirements * Track shipments and manage inventory control * Monitor and manage KPIs (inventory, FIFO, absences, accidents, etc.) * Generate operational and performance reports * Manage incidents and ensure operational continuity * Ensure compliance with quality (ISO 9001\) and safety standards * Maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum experience: 2 years as a logistics supervisor, 2 years in material handling, 1 year operating forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) **Solid knowledge of:** * Warehouse and inventory control * Supply chain * Logistics KPIs * ISO 9001 standard * Excel (macros desirable) **Skills:** * Leadership and team management * Effective communication * Decision-making * Organization and planning * Frustration tolerance * Results orientation **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities * Dynamic work environment Send CV to: administracion@grupoterrex.mx, WhatsApp 444 512 9149 Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
