Position: **Driver/Delivery Personnel** **Position Objective** Carry out the timely and secure delivery of orders to veterinary clinics and other customers, ensuring adherence to established routes, accurate verification of goods against invoices, and providing a quality service that guarantees customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * **Loading goods**: Review and load assigned orders onto the vehicle, verifying that they match the invoice details (products, quantities, batches). * **Route planning**: Plan and execute the most efficient delivery route to ensure on-time deliveries. * **Customer delivery**: Deliver orders to veterinary clinics, branches, or other customers, ensuring proper receipt and obtaining required proof (signature, stamp, receipt). * **Customer service**: Provide courteous and professional treatment to customers, resolving basic inquiries about orders and reporting incidents to the appropriate department. * **Vehicle inspection**: Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition, checking fluid levels, tires, and cleanliness, and reporting any malfunctions. * **Documentation**: Deliver invoices, delivery notes, and proof of delivery documents according to internal procedures. * **Safety and regulations**: Comply with traffic regulations and company policies regarding the handling of veterinary medications, especially controlled substances. **Required Profile** * Education: Completed secondary school (high school diploma preferred). * Experience: 1–2 years as a delivery driver. * Knowledge: Route planning, invoice control, and delivery confirmation documentation. * Valid driver's license (Class A or equivalent). * Skills: Organization, responsibility, customer service orientation, punctuality, and teamwork.
