We are looking for a Payroll Analyst with proven experience in the comprehensive management of the payroll process, capable of ensuring accuracy in calculations and compliance with legal and tax obligations. Requirements: * Advanced knowledge of CONTPAQ. * Experience in employee registrations, terminations, and salary changes in IDSE. * **Experience in freight transportation companies.** * Experience managing Infonavit, Fonacot, and IMSS Empresarial portals. * Ability to calculate weekly and biweekly payrolls. * Experience calculating SUA and Fonacot contributions. * Ability to handle personnel incidents. * Experience calculating Christmas bonuses, severance payments, and PTU. * Interaction with employees. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll. Main responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end payroll process. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve payroll-related issues. * Guarantee accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing. * Employee registrations and terminations (management of e-General personnel system).
