Handle customer visits for product follow-up A manufacturing company is looking for a committed, proactive, and travel-ready **Quality Coordinator**, focused on ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer service. **Requirements** * Completed Technical or Engineering degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Availability for travel * Knowledge of production processes * Proficiency in using measurement equipment * Knowledge of quality management systems * Experience managing personnel **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure and perform incoming material inspection * Conduct patrol inspections during production processes * Execute first-piece inspections * Generate and update technical data sheets, control plans, instruction sheets, and visual aids * Implement the calibration and verification program for measurement equipment * Perform testing and validation of new products * Follow up on warranty closures * Review and inspect warranty-related returns * Handle customer visits for inspections and product follow-up **Competencies** * Attention to detail * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Problem-solving * Teamwork * Customer orientation Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in quality departments? * How many personnel have you managed?
