This is not an ordinary dispatch position; you will serve as the strategic lead responsible for supervising fuel supply, managing operator fuel vouchers, and ensuring precise control over our fleet’s most critical resource. ## What You’ll Do With Us? (Your Key Responsibilities) As Fuel Dispatch Supervisor, your duties will focus on administrative and operational control within the operations yard: * **Voucher Management and Control:** Reviewing, assigning, and validating fuel vouchers issued to fleet operators. * **Supply Supervision:** Monitoring correct diesel dispensing to vehicles, ensuring exact alignment with trip records. * **Inventory Audits:** Daily logging in logbooks of tank levels, tanker deliveries, and fuel withdrawals (zero leaks, full control). * **Operator Support:** Validating and assisting fifth-wheel operators during their loading process at the yard. ### What Profile Are We Seeking? * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in warehouse/inventory control, trip settlements, yard supervision, or fuel dispatch roles (logistics-focused). * **Skills:** Unwavering honesty, firm character to enforce procedures, solid basic math skills, and accurate report completion. * **Personal Logistics (Mandatory):** Must own personal transportation or have reliable means to commute independently to the **Eje 122 Industrial Zone, SLP** (the company does not provide employee transport). ## Available Shifts (Fixed Afternoon/Night Shifts) * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday (rest day is typically Sunday, but may rotate if operationally required). * **Available Fixed Shifts:** * Afternoon: **3:00 PM – 10:00 PM** * Night: **10:00 PM – 6:00 AM** ## What We Offer You (The Engine of Your Well-Being!) * **Base Salary:** **MXN $11,200 gross per month**. * **Excellent Overtime Scheme:** Boost your income significantly!
