Job Summary: Provide comprehensive support to engineers and operational teams to achieve production and plant efficiency objectives, collaborating on improvements and data management. Job Objective: Provide comprehensive support to tooling engineers and on-site operational teams to achieve plant production and efficiency objectives. Key Responsibilities Technical Support: Collaborate on tool changes, introduction of new technologies, and support the site Program Manager. Data Management: Collect information for developing performance indicators (KPIs) and support updating the PFEP. Quality Documentation: Develop and maintain up-to-date work instructions and documented process information. Continuous Improvement: Identify engineering problem solutions, participate in root cause analysis, and promote quality improvements and cost savings. Strategic Relationships: Maintain open communication with suppliers and coordinate activities with Engineering Managers to correct non-conforming outputs. Required Profile Education: Graduate or recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the metal-mechanical and/or automotive industry (professional internships or equivalent projects accepted). Languages: Intermediate-advanced English. Digital Tools: Proficiency in Excel with at least 1 year of applied experience. Technical Knowledge Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, and SMED. Basic knowledge of cutting, clamping, and fixturing tools.
