




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage digital channels, operate web platforms, and optimize online marketing and sales. Key Highlights: 1. Solid knowledge of digital marketing and web analytics Professional Profile (Essential) Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or Commercial Engineering. Experience: 1–3 years operating digital channels, catalog management, and web platforms. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) E-commerce Platforms: Practical proficiency with online store builders such as Shopify, Tiendanube, Magento, or WooCommerce. Marketplaces: Knowledge of seller center management on leading Mexican marketplaces including Mercado Libre and Amazon. Digital Marketing and Ads: Solid foundation in digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and Retail Media to improve return on ad spend (ROAS). Web Analytics: Ability to monitor and extract insights from tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics. Inventory Management: Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, payment methods, and stock control Main Responsibilities Catalog Administration: Updating prices, descriptions, inventory levels, and uploading new products. Campaign Execution: Creating, configuring, and optimizing advertising campaigns to boost product visibility during key events such as Hot Sale or Buen Fin. Digital Customer Support: Assisting customers with inquiries, handling complaints, and improving reviews/ratings. Reporting and KPIs: Preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales, traffic, and profitability.
