




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician to diagnose, configure, and maintain computer equipment, networks and infrastructure, and video surveillance systems, with administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and troubleshooting of failures in computer equipment and peripherals 2. Installation and configuration of LAN, WiFi, and CCTV systems 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software Technical Support * Diagnosis and troubleshooting of failures in computer equipment and peripherals. * Installation and configuration of: * Windows operating systems. * Printers. * Administrative and productivity software. * Microsoft 365 and email. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software. * Basic data backup and recovery. * Remote and on-site user support. Networks and Infrastructure • Basic installation and configuration of LAN and WiFi networks. • Structured cabling installation and organization. • Basic configuration of switches, routers, and access points. • Connectivity issue diagnosis. CCTV and Electronic Security • Installation and support for IP and analog video surveillance cameras. • Basic DVR/NVR configuration. • Assistance with access control and biometric system installation. • Physical inspection of cabling and power supplies.
