




Job Summary: Execute the quality assurance strategy for technology development projects, ensuring integrity, security, and high performance of core systems and digital platforms. Objective: Execute the quality assurance strategy across technology development projects, ensuring integrity, security, and high performance of core systems, digital platforms, and tools. Responsible for the technical certification of solutions, mitigating critical operational risks, and ensuring each software delivery provides strategic value, operational stability, and guaranteed quality and functionality. Responsibilities: 1. Establish test plans, acceptance criteria, and methodologies to ensure stability of core systems and digital platforms. 2. Design and maintain automation frameworks for regression, API, and critical operational flow testing, optimizing delivery timelines. 3. Develop and maintain scripts (using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) for regression flows in systems. 4. Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and inconsistencies. 5. Analyze user stories and epics to define clear acceptance criteria and anticipate risk scenarios. 6. Document and report identified errors to developers clearly, including steps to reproduce the defect. 7. Log defects, track their status, and validate fixes in coordination with development teams. 8. Act as a technical bridge between development and business teams to ensure requirements are translated into clear acceptance criteria. 9. Ensure new changes do not introduce new defects into existing functionalities. 10. Document test cases and traceability matrices. 11. Certify the functionality of technological solutions, validating that developments in portals, apps, and internal tools meet business and usability requirements. 12. Manage and mitigate operational risks by identifying potential failures early in the development cycle to prevent financial or service impacts in production. 13. Supervise comprehensive test execution, ensuring smooth and error-free communication among the company’s various systems (interfaces and services). 14. Establish quality metrics and KPIs to evaluate software performance, defect density, and efficiency of continuous improvement processes. 15. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align quality standards with strategic objectives and the needs of agents and customers. 16. Act as a technical reference and mentor, guiding other team members in resolving complex problems and adopting engineering best practices. Required Skills: Education: Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree. Knowledge: Automated testing, automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium), test management (Jira), programming languages (Java, Python, JS), APIs (Postman, SoapUI, or automated API testing), knowledge of agile methodologies, environments (CI/CD knowledge: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), ISTQB certification.
