At GISEC, we are looking for a passionate and talented technical support technician to join our team. We are a technology-focused company specializing in networking, security camera installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers, with expertise in the Windows 11\ operating system. Responsibilities: Provide top-tier technical support to our clients either on-site or remotely. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows 10 and Windows 11\ systems. Configure and maintain computer networks. Install and configure security camera systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers. Requirements: Prior experience in technical support, preferably in corporate environments. Solid knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11\ operating systems. Familiarity with computer networking and security. Technical skills for installing and configuring security cameras. Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Relevant certifications will be viewed favorably.
