At **DIVERMETAL S.A. de C.V.**, a company specialized in sheet metal work and metal fabrication, we are seeking a **Maintenance Manager** to lead the team responsible for ensuring the proper operation of our production machinery and equipment. The objective of this position is to **guarantee continuous and safe operation of machinery**, supervising electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance activities within the department. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance** of machinery and equipment. * Coordinate and follow up on **collective maintenance tasks**, ensuring all areas operate optimally. * Develop **maintenance programs** and verify their compliance. * Manage inventory of spare parts and department materials. * Prepare maintenance reports, incident reports, and suggest process improvements. * Ensure **compliance with safety regulations** during all maintenance activities. * Train technical staff in maintenance procedures and best practices. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **3 years of experience in industrial maintenance** (preferably in metalworking machinery or manufacturing). * **Knowledge of electricity and industrial mechanics.** * Experience in leadership or supervision of personnel. * Education: Technical degree or Engineering (Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance or related). * Availability to work outside regular hours when urgent repairs are required. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional development.
