Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring optimal vehicle maintenance, budget control, personnel administration, and improvement of operational indicators in the service department. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring quality and safety standards in activities Deliver to the Service Department, within the requested timeframe, the maximum number of units in perfect operating condition to carry out scheduled runs without mechanical failures. Control shop budgets. Manage staff roster while maintaining a healthy work environment. Improve operational indicator results. 2 years of experience; Mechanical Engineer Administrator, Mechanical-Electronic Engineer or related field; Automotive Technician or related field. * Assign daily workshop tasks based on each staff member's profile (Mechanic, Electrician, Bodyworker, etc.) * Ensure all activities performed on vehicles comply with quality, safety, and time standards established by management * Responsible for ensuring all supervised personnel meet established performance targets and assigned responsibilities * Responsible for ensuring all supervised personnel have necessary tools and facilities, as well as proper care and management of such tools and facilities * Monitor compliance with the 5S program * Responsible for administration and expenses of assigned vehicles * Ensure and promote proper use and functionality of the Integrated Maintenance System (IMS) through work orders * Responsible for scheduling and conducting weekly meetings with operational staff and reviewing operational indicator results * Control vehicle appearance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
