Focuses on accuracy, organization, and core estimating processes **Position Summary** The **Pricing Analyst** is an entry\-level role designed to support the Estimating Department with data preparation, documentation, and administrative estimating tasks. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn estimating fundamentals and grow into a Jr. Estimator role over time. This role works under the guidance of Senior Estimators and Jr. Estimators and focuses on accuracy, organization, and learning core estimating processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with the preparation of cost estimates by gathering and organizing data * Review specifications and project documents for completeness * Enter pricing, materials, and labor data into estimating systems * Support quote revisions and updates as directed * Maintain estimating files and documentation * Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required project information * Learn company pricing standards, processes, and approval workflows **Qualifications \& Experience** * **0–1 year** of related experience (estimating, data entry, construction, manufacturing, or administrative support) * Bachelor’s degree business, construction management, or a related field is a plus * Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems * **Microsoft Excel proficiency** is required. * **Typing speed of 50–70 WPM or higher** with excellent accuracy (required). * **Bilingual in Spanish and English** (required). * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines. * Proven experience in the **furniture industry** is a plus. **Skills \& Competencies** * Fast, accurate data entry and typing skills. * Strong time management and multitasking ability. * Ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
