**Job Description:** At IU Integra Uniformes, a company dedicated to manufacturing industrial and corporate uniforms, we are seeking a Process Engineer with experience in optimizing textile production lines, quality control, and continuous improvement. Your main objective will be to analyze, standardize, and improve production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze embroidery, printing, and packaging processes. * Design and implement operating procedures and standards. * Conduct time and motion studies to establish production targets. * Balance embroidery, printing, packaging lines and optimize workload distribution. * Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen). * Identify and reduce waste, rework, and downtime. * Monitor key performance indicators: productivity, efficiency, waste, and yield. * Coordinate the launch of new products or processes. * Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth workflow. * Train operational personnel in standardized methods. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role within the textile or manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of: * Cutting, sewing, and embroidery processes. * Time and motion studies. * Line balancing and process control. * Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Just in Time). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and ERP software. * Desirable: Proficiency in textile CAD/CAM software. **Skills and Competencies:** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication and operational leadership. * Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Bonus for productivity or process improvement. * Ongoing training. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company.
