Labor Relations: Handle inspections by authorities (STPS, Civil Protection) and manage disciplinary actions with strict adherence to the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **Workplace Climate and Culture:** Implement NOM\-035, training programs, and mental health strategies to strengthen the work environment. **Required Profile:** Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in HR managerial or director-level positions, supervising administrative-level staff.
