Responsible for incident resolution and cabling management **Technical Support Engineer** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Communications and Electronics, Computer Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Knowledge of Routing and Switching, Voice/Data/Video Networks, and FTTH. \* **Experience:** * Customer support * LAN/WAN fault analysis and resolution * Configuration and installation of various network services and devices **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for resolving incidents via MO and FO. * Cabling work compliant with EIA/TIA 568B standard. * Operational fieldwork. * Work at heights.
