Lead teams and resolve conflicts in high-risk situations The Private Security Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper performance of security personnel assigned to various services. Their primary function is to ensure compliance with security protocols, internal policies, and current regulations, maintaining a high level of discipline, efficiency, and customer service. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Supervise security guards across assigned services. * Verify compliance with instructions, procedures, and security standards. * Conduct patrols and supervision visits at assigned locations. * Prepare reports on incidents, anomalies, and service logs. * Coordinate shift coverage, staff rotations, and attendance control. * Train and provide feedback to personnel on operational and security topics. * Respond to high-risk situations, emergencies, and incidents. * Maintain constant communication with clients and the operations center. * Review proper use of uniforms, equipment, and work tools. **Required Profile:** * Minimum education: junior high school or high school (preferred). * Prior experience in private security and personnel supervision. * Knowledge of security protocols and incident management. * Ability to lead work teams. * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. * Basic proficiency in report writing and administrative forms. **Competencies:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Responsibility and commitment. * Organization and control. * Support in disciplinary processes and performance evaluations. * Effective communication. * Conflict resolution ability.
