Real opportunities for professional growth and development. **Production Engineer – Automotive Sector \| Carpentry Area** We are an automotive sector company seeking a **Production Engineer** with solid manufacturing experience to join our team. The position’s primary objective is to supervise, optimize, and continuously improve our production line in the carpentry area. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations of the carpentry production line, ensuring achievement of quality, time, and cost targets. * Identify improvement opportunities and implement process optimization projects (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other methodologies). * Coordinate operational staff and ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene standards. * Analyze production metrics (OEE, scrap, cycle times) and generate reports to support decision-making. * Collaborate with Quality, Logistics, and Engineering departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive sector. * Knowledge of carpentry processes or vehicle interior component manufacturing (desirable). * Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and lean production methodologies. * Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer** * Direct full-time employment. * Integration into an established industry company. * Real opportunities for professional growth and development.
