Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technical Support Engineer to visit medical units and provide assistance for computer equipment, laboratory information systems, and servers. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: Reside in Toluca or Metepec Availability for fieldwork: visiting medical units in Western State of Mexico: 80% Toluca, Lerma, Metepec, Tenango de Arista, Almoloya, Zinacantepec. 20% Tejupilco, Malinalco, etc. Knowledge: Technical support for computer equipment: PCs, laptops, printers, label printers, peripherals, etc. Technical support for laboratory information systems Fieldwork / on-site work Computer servers Computer networks Responsibilities: Visit medical units to: * Provide technical support for computer equipment: PCs, laptops, printers, label printers, peripherals, etc. * Install and provide technical support for computer software: Office, antivirus, SAP, and internal applications * Address incidents related to information systems. * Provide technical support for laboratory equipment and perform server maintenance. Benefits: Gross monthly salary: $13,000 (FIRST 3 MONTHS) to $15,000 (AFTER 3 MONTHS) Statutory benefits Job stability and training. Travel and transportation allowance.
